Professional Services – ANZ Principal Consultant/Customer Success Lead

Akari Software is a highly successful company who provide a suite of software solutions to help Higher Education Institutions transform their approach to Curriculum Design and Management.

Our people are passionate about their work and their customers. The team is largely based in Cork, Ireland with remote employees in multiple locations.

With the growth of our customer base, we are seeking a talented individual to lead 3 domains of
expertise within the region:

  • Customer Success – developing and maintaining effective customer relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance and support our customers through new and innovative services or software module offerings y upselling, acting as a the Akari representative and voice of our customers in region to ensure regional requirements are supported, SLAs are adhered to and facilitating the ANZ User Group.
  • Partner Liaison and Support – supporting and developing our partners in region and ensuring adherence to Akari methodologies, approaches, and standards, identifying areas of business process improvement as well as training and development needs.
  • Project Oversight, Management & Solution Design – acting as the regional expert for the Akari Curriculum Management solution, leading and facilitating Initiation and Discovery Workshops, stakeholder engagement and communications and software implementation to support the successful delivery of our customer projects to time, scope, quality, and budget.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Team management or leadership experience
  • Project Management skills and experience with proven ability to work on large and complex projects
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for problem identification and resolution.
  • Customer focus & ability to engage in a consultative and collaborative manner with customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with remote teams in different time zones.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally when travel restrictions are lifted.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt 
  • Must have the right to live and work in Australia or New Zealand

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience of working in or with the Higher Education sector

Salary

  • Negotiable – Market related salary DOE
